Service Description

SATURDAYS only *Departure from George Town Government Dock Exuma at 5:15 pm -- or, in inclement weather at Harry Cay, The Ferry (15 minutes south of George Town just after you cross the bridge to Little Exuma). Please make sure you add a contact number we can reach you on. GPS coordinates can be given and taxis can be arranged. Estimated Arrival at Long Island Harbour Club at 6:45 pm PLEASE NOTE PASSENGERS ARE ADVISED TO ALLOW 2 HOURS FOR THIS JOURNEY FOR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT PURPOSES. Price is per person one way. All passengers must be at dock 30 minutes before departure. Price includes 40lbs of luggage per person. Drinks and snacks are available for pre-purchase. All ticket purchases must be booked and made 24 hours in advance. George Town Government dock is a 25 minute taxi ride from George Town International Airport. If you are requiring transport, please let us know in advance and we can arrange it for you. Taxis will be available for guests wishing to make airport connections. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PASSAGE CAPTAIN'S DISCRETION While the Sheep Runner is built for tough conditions, passengers may not be quite so tough. The Captain has absolute say as to whether the ferry will operate, guest behaviour, right of passage and must be obeyed at all times. CANCELLATION POLICY All passengers are strongly advised to have travel insurance as unforeseen delays may occur. Sheep Runner bears no responsibility for any missed travel plans. The Captain will depart punctually. Please note that cancellations made at least 7 days prior to departure are deemed fully refundable less a $10 service fee or transferred to a different date. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the date of departure but within 7 days, are 50% refundable or may be transferred to a different date Any cancellation made within 48 hours of departure are deemed non refundable. In the unlikely event that the passage that you are booked on is cancelled, your ticket will be valid for one month from the date of original passage or a full refund will be given. No other consideration will be provided. GENERAL DISCLAIMER All passengers understand that this is a water passage and unforeseeable events could happen - including, but not limited to: inclement weather, sea conditions and mechanical failures etc. The Sheep Runner, Exuma Long Island Ferry Service Ltd and its employees, bear no responsibility for any accidents or negligence up to and inclusive of death.
